Eternal Moonlight of the Simpson Mind
Last night's (December 16) episode, in which Homer forgets what happened the night before (due to Moe's Forget-Me-Shot), was fairly weak.
First, Homer gets home at 6am, and Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie are all out at that time of the morning...come on. And why would Duff Man be there in the planning stages of Homer's surprise party, and if Duff is sponsoring the party, why does Duff Man later ask Marge if she is willing to pay for an extra hour on the party boat?
Not that I am not always happy to see Duff Man, or is it that I am always happy when I'm drunk?
Seriously, this season has more episodes that are leaving me with more questions than laughs.
Last night's sole laugh-inducing joke: When Bart is beating up 20-year-old Homer, and Homer asks him what he wants, "Money, Weed?"
However, the best part of the episode was Homer reliving his life, staring at the camera, which ended in a shout-out to that YouTube viral.
Did you think the episode was good? Prove me wrong, kids. Prove me wrong.
I have stumbled upon a couple of other blogs and TV.com gave it a 9.5. Huh? Maybe I was too drunk...no, they are just crazy. And easy to please, obviously.
