Homer's face has popped up on a presumably legally obtained bag of medicinal marijuana.
So the marijuana is legit...but the use of Homer's image on its packaging probably is not.
Or do you think The Simpsons team did authorize the use of Homey's likeness on MaryJane products?
In case you can't make out what the packaging text reads, it goes as follows:
"BERNAL HEIGHTS DISPENSARY
TRAINWRECK
For medical use only. Do not operate heavy machinery or drive. Contingent to California H&S Code 11362.5"
Homey gives this story 6 thumbs up & says, 'Mmmm...medical marijuana!'
