Let's set the scene: Marge & Lois bump into each other at the local Kwik-E-Mart & they're both mad as rattlesnakes because each believes the other's husband is responsible for the Great Doughnut Shortage of '06.

In unison they shout, "Let's Do This!"

Lisa whisks Maggie away while Brian barks 'whoof, whoof, whoof' & drags Stewie out of danger by his diaper. Stewie plots for the dog's torturous demise while at the same time admiring Marge both for her fashion sense & the fact that she may finish off his mother, once and for all.

Don't Mess with Lois Griffin

i think that marge has proven that she is a very tough character who can overcome anything. she's had 3 kids and still keeps quite a svelt figure. she has also shown many bouts of agression, witnessed in the canyonero episode and when she becomes a police officer. I think Lois would put up a real dirty fight, biting and scatching marge. but i am confident that marge's will power will get her over the line

well when marge bulked up and was on 'roids she beat up everyone in moe's but than again lois is deadly as well because she is a trained ass kicker in martial arts when she also beat up a pub full of patrons as well as her karate instructor!

i'd call it a draw because both peter and homer would get hot and bothered and pull their wives before the conclusion of the fight to 'snuggle'.
